President

Sam Hardman Sam Hardman has been a member of the MPF Board for over 20 years and President of the Board since 2014. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University) and of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied linguistics. He taught New Testament Greek at Cairn for nearly ten years and has been doing pastoral work in elder-led churches for over thirty years. He is currently one of three elders who make up the pastoral team at Ardsley Bible Chapel in Ardsley, PA, a local church that devotes over 60 percent of its total budget to world missions. He and his wife, Mary Lou, are passionate about local church ministry, as well as about the commitment of the church to global missions.

Barry Hewitt grew up in the Hilltown, PA area, attending Hilltown Baptist Church with his family. In 1997, he formed Hewitt Contractors, Inc., a residential housing company dealing with new construction, flips, and apartment rentals. He also serves on the facilities committee at Plumstead Christian School. Barry has been on several short term mission trips, the first one being Hurricane Katrina clean-up in Mississippi. This led to other mission trips in Poland, England, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Haiti, Ecuador, and Granada. Barry, along with his wife and three children, attends Living Hope Community Church in Dublin, PA.

Anita Souder Anita came to know the Lord while growing up at Hilltown Baptist Church in Bucks County, PA, where she developed an early interest in foreign missions. She earned an Associates Degree in Accounting at Lansdale School of Business then worked at a dental office until staying home for a few years to raise their three children. Anita works full-time at Chantelau, Inc. and became an MPF board member in 2007. In addition to being a director on the board, she also puts together the newsletter and serves as treasurer and secretary for the ministry. Anita and her husband, Jon, have three adult children, two of whom are married, and one beautiful granddaughter.

George Chantelau

George Chantelau George Chantelau was born in Brooklyn, NY. When he was 11, he and his family moved to Pennsylvania where he came to faith in Christ through his local church. By the age of 13, George had developed an interest in missions that would last a lifetime. He has served on local church deacon, elder boards, and mission's teams as well as the advisory board of CLC Ministries Int'l. He is also on both the local and international boards of Child Evangelism Fellowship. George started his own machining company in 1987 and it was that same year that he came on the board of MPF. He was later voted as Vice President from 1993 to 2004 and served as President from 2005 to 2013. George and his wife, Carole, presently attend Calvary Church of Souderton.

Rick joined our board in 2016. He currently works in clinical trial development for PRA Health Sciences but enjoys being outside and spending time with his family. Throughout high school, college, and grad school, Rick enjoyed serving at various Christian camps and other ministries. His wife, Becky, grew up on the mission field alongside her parents. Together they have served on mission's trips and ministry opportunities in their church. Rick and Becky live in Hatfield, PA with their two boys.

Dr. F. David Clifford

David was raised in a loving, Christian home in the suburbs of Philadelphia. When he was 14, with the help and encouragement of his father, David made a personal commitment to follow Christ as his savior. After graduating from Houghton College and Jefferson Medical College, David practiced family medicine in Warren, PA, for 37 years. In the middle of those years, he and his wife served for 7 years as full-time missionaries with Wycliffe Bible Translators. They are blessed with three adult children.
