Source of Light Ministries (SLM) works to evangelize, train workers, and plant churches throughout the world through Bible lessons which they print themselves. In areas where many people are illiterate, SLM organizes house preaching and open-air evangelism. Twelve of their partner pastors in Togo are preaching the gospel in hospitals, schools, prisons, towns, and villages. These men live quite a distance from one another and using public transportation to get around is cost-prohibitive for them. SLM is asking us for a grant to provide these pastors with a 12-passenger van so they can safely and quickly transport Bible lesson materials to many places!
